I had a clear open line but caller muted their end. I said HELLO loudly twice. I waited several seconds and finally the light went out on my phone and I was disconnected. I live in California the call came in at 5:30pm.
Caller ID only showed # & UTAH. I am on the "DO NO CALL" list. The OPTION to BLOCK these calls have taken away from our phone companies due to the government regulation. TRANSLATION - GOVERNMENT
