This same financial services company has called my cell phone 8-10 times in the last 6 months despite my repeated requests to remove my phone number. The robo call message says "This is Anne (or another name) from Card Holder Services..." Each time I press 1 to talk to a representative. Each time I ask for my phone number to not be called again. They immediately hang up on me.

Reduce your Credit Card Debt after a war dialer calls with dead air. Then a live person comes on. When you ask to be taken off the list and they hang up on you. They call from a list of wireless phone numbers: 617-390-4562 (this one called 4 times just this morning). Other numbers calling are home are doing the same thing war dialing, dead air, then a live person comes on with good news to reduce your debt, then ask them to take you off the list and they hang up and then call back are: 949-954-8114, 515-421-5843, 720-409-2532, 918-731-4204, 385-212-1900, 855-367-7100. They called 4 times just this morning. We have had the same phone number for 20 years and feel we have no other recourse but to disconnect our home phone number.
