The pre-recorded message stated that they could 'reduce' your credit card interest rate to 4% from whatever high rate it may be now. Press '1' for more information. When I did that, the woman asked if I was calling about the interest rate reduction? I asked for the reason she was calling me and she hung up. I called back, but no answer.
