Estoy muy sorprendida que un tal senor Tomas me llamo a my cell diciendo que yo tenia una coleccion de $422.00 segun de unos laboratorios diasnostric esta llamada fue en espanol, yo le dije que si pagaba pero que mandara todo por el correo y esta es la fecha que no recibo nada y tambien me dijo que si pagaba en ese dia que fue el mes de enero de este ano me descontaban $50.00 yo pienso que esto es un bil fraude pero ojala esto se acabe por que no puede se posible gracias

I received a call from "Amanda" at "Diagnostic Labs." stating I owed over $400 for lab work done in 2018. I have received calls from them before. Each time I have requested an itemized statement be sent to the address they have listed. I have received none, although they insist the statements have been sent. I am retired. ALL medical, including lab work, that is not covered by medicare, is covered by my retirement. I attempted to explain. Not willing to listen, con't to insist I owed them. I got angry, and hung up on them. I then looked up "Diagnostic Laboratories". I found a Diagnostic Laboratories, Inc. located in Hawaii. All offices are located there. The call I received today originated from Salt Lake City, Utah. I decided to call the Utah number back. When answered, I was asked where I wanted my call directed. I told her who I had talked with, and what it was in regards to. She verified my name, then stated that I had been sent to judgement proceedings. I replied, " Good, now I will have paperwork to verify your claim." She then hung up on me. I expect no paperwork, and probably another call sometime in the future.

I call the number back and they answered like they were dumb founded that I had called back. They started talking about me being taking to court and the call was from Salt Lake City, UT. I told them to go fly a kite. Clearing spam and block them.

I'm surprised you haven't received a complaint about this number, half the population of Salt Lake has complained about it.. In truth it's affiliated with either Chase Bank, or Citi Bank one, or even perhaps both.. They have more than one number & area code both,. The legal federal law states that to do this they need your written permission to do so, but you will never see any bank certify that they are part of this scam, but actually they are, & more so than not Thank you !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
