Person in barely intelligible English claimed to promote a scratch-off card contest. Asked to speak with manager of the office. We have absolutely no business relationship with this company.
I assumed they were going to try to sell me something but I mentioned that I was on the national do-not-call list (of which she pretended not to hear). I repeated myself and she proceeded to say, "and?" I was shocked and told her that I shouldn't be receiving this call because I'm on the national do-not-call list. She then rushed through her closing and hung up.
It was a bogus phone call saying I won some prize. I don't gamble or enter spam magnet contests, so I know this company bought my # and blanket dialed me. I told them my number is on the do not call list and for them not to call me. They kept talking. I hung up. Note I am listing my cell phone number as my home number since it is the only number I have had for the last 7 years. Phone homes are obsolete.

I don't know. The indian-accent, poor connection, and background noise on the caller's end made it difficult to determine.
