I've got a great way to deal with them. I bought a device from Amazon that you attach to your phone. When you get a call from a telemarketer like this you push the red button. Apparently it sends a tone that instantly activates their bowels and bladder. You can actually hear them scream and the people in the call center vomit. You then push the purple button which causes the blood in their brains to coagulate, killing the SOBs.
This may sound harsh, but this is what everyone hoped the Do Not Call Registry would be. You can get the device on Amazon. It costs $39.95. Just do a search for "Telemarketer Death Devices." and please, don't mention my name.
