It says Federal Financial but is a SCAM! I found this info that has shown me how to identify and block anybody that calls. I mean even block 800 callers. Maybe it will help you, too. :

Beware ! ! ! They Are Not Who They Claim To Be - This Is A Subversive Attempt To Verify Who You Are.
The Only Way To Stop These Kinds Of Calls Is To Make Them Pay. Always Answer - They Have To Pay For Completed Call. Keep Them Talking As Long As Possible With Fake Info So They Have To Pay More.
