Trying to get peoples SSN and credit card information

I received a call from this number as well. I asked to speak to a manager and they put Senior Associate Morgan on the phone. He was rude and told me that my researching of their company is stupid. He asked if I was going to pay or not. Wow!

I've decided to give them a taste of their own medicine. I installed an auto-redialer app on my android phone, set it to dial them every ten seconds, then went about my day.

How do you block this caller from calling a State government land line?

Same experience as many above.

Received a voicemail stating...
"Maryann Moran" in an electronic, computerized voice ... (I think they thought it was my name)
Then the phone switched to a live person, african-american-sounding woman. She left a voicemail stating...
"I'm contacting you from the process and summons division. I'm calling to notify you that there will be two charges filed against you in your county. It looks like fraudulent activity has been attached to your name and your social security number."

I did not the call the number back. Instead googled the number and found these posts. I've contacted my identity fraud company and put them on alert.

Received a call saying they are filing summons in my county...someone is using my social security number for fraudulent actions

Called and left VM(I NEVER ANSWER A CALL IF DON'T RECOGNIZE #) and said that they had a case file # for 2 fraudulent charges against me and that if didn't contact them would send a summons out to my work or home. Looked up the # they called from and saw it was a Spam/SCAM...

Total SCAM!! Saying to call them immediately or they will serve me a summons at my place of work for 2 fraudulent charges that have occurred with my name and ss#. Once I am served my rights will be forfeited. They even went so far as to create a case number!! I filled out a police report under threatening communications. I urge everyone else to do this as well. You can call your non-emergency police number and they will guide you through it.

Got a voice mail saying I needed to call their legal department immediately or they would be serving me a summons at my place of work and they had 2 fraudulent charges I committed under my name and ss#. Total scam!!! I filled out a police report. These messages are threatening and scary and it is sad they are going to extort money from people, most likely the elderly. Please fill out a police report under threatening communications.

We have received a call from this number twice this month the first voice mail stated we are being noticed that someone is charging us for something. and then the second call is stating that we need to take legal matters before we are summonsed. but the call back number isn't working and we wouldn't know what this is in regards too .. has anyone found more informations out.

called was an automated call, only picked up did say anything. I'm not even the person they named off.STOP CALLING !!!!

I received two calls from people who called my cell phone thinking I was the phone#:385-232-7228; when I assured them that I didn't work for any legal dept., and there is no 'case number' but that they in fact had called my cell phone and not the number I listed above. I told both callers that this was a scammer at work and please be assured it is not me. Both people were so relieved. It is sad that scammers pry on older people.
