This is actually a scam call. My Pro Blocker said the caller id was invalid, which means the phone number showing, wasn't the real number being used. Caller id, was Provo Ut., which also is invalid. The recording started out with "this is an important message about health insurance", which is when I hung up, and looked at my caller id.
