Medical Collections Called me at 11pm

I don't know who these people are, but they call daily, I don't know anyone in Utah, so I do not answer. Today they called 5 times, the last time they call AFTER 10:15 P.M.!!!! I was wild, so I picked up the phone and yelled, "it is after 10:15 P.M., DO NOT CALL THIS NUMBER AGAIN! I am sure it will do no good, but I was pissed off!! Who the h*ll to they think they are to call that late at night???? I am so sick and tired of these scammers/phishing, calling any hour they feel like it. I don't understand why there is NOTHING that can be done to stop them from intruding into our lives like this. Don't we have ANY rights at all to not be disturbed like this in our own homes???????
