Card member services. The man told me that he could lower the interest rate on my credit card because my payment history for the last 12 months has been excellent. I said "Really? That's pretty good considering that I don't have a credit card!" He hung up. This man is committing fraud. I want them prosecuted for violating the do not call list, and fraud. I DON'T have to ask them to take me off their call list, I am already on the do not call registry and the phone number involved has been for almost 6 years!
