Credit card protection services - I have been receiving these calls from the same service 2-3 times per month since November 2011. I talked with someone and asked to be removed from the list, but the calls continue.

They want me to press 1 to lower my credit card rate. I get one to two phone calls from this "Cardmember Services" per day -- all from different phone numbers. When I pressed 1 and asked the name of the company, the customer service rep hung up.

The message said that they were calling from card services and that nothing was wrong with my card, they were wanting to offer interest rate reduction. They have an option to speak with a live operator or push a number to be put on their do not call list. I have done this every time and they still call. They have been calling me just about every other day for over a month. Today I pushed 1 to speak with an operator and told them they better quit calling me and that I was going to file a report. They hung up on me.

i meant to say that my cell phone number is being tracked by people that will file harassment charges against people like them that keep calling and harassing people bout credit cards. i don't own any credit cards and don't ever plan to. i will not change my cell phone number either

i had the same thing happen to me as annoyed with spammers said. i pressed 1 like it said to speak with a representative and as soon as i mentioned that my cell is on the do not call registry and my number is being tracked by harassing people like them the representative hung up. i DO NOT own any credit cards and i don't plan on owning any. i am sick and tired of them calling me. i am NOT changing my cell phone number

Credit card services recording. We have asked them numoerous times to stop calling and also have spoken directly with numerous people that tell us they will stop the phone calls and they do not. We have even selected "3" which is supposed to stop them from calling back, and that does not work. Now when we get a person and ask to be removed, we are hung up on. We just want the phone calls to stop.
