Claim they want to discuss a lower interest rate on your credit card. I don't have a credit card to do this with, so it is a SCAM. They want you to press 1 to speak with someone. I didn't do it. Block this call and reporting them as I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST.

don't answer the call. it's likely a spam auto bot thing that can steal info from your phone.
