The lady kept insisting that I had to verify my mailing address and last 4 of my Social Security Number before she could talk to me. I asked 4 times who she was. She refused to give me her name or answer ANY question. She just kept asking me to verify my address.
I don't give ANY information to ANYONE unless I initiate the call. So I hung up on her.
