Received this call on my cell phone. The guy was foreign and I had a hard time understanding him. There was also a lot of noise in the background - others talking, phones ringing, etc. He told me I could be qualified to receive up to $1500 advance loan. (I assume for a paycheck?) When I inquired how he got my number, he hung up on me. Definitely a scam, and I would love to know how they got my number!

The caller (foreigner accent) claimed to be from Universal Lending Company, with an offer of a pay day loan, when i question them about their business; i.e. phone number, location, etc. they declined to answer. I know its from a scammer.
