The prerecorded message indicates that they are 'Card Services'; says there is nothing wrong with my card; that I have been identified to lower my interest rate; press 1 to speak with a representative. Rep answers says 'Card Services' and I ask WHAT card services; man then asks if I have $5k or more in CC debt. I ask again 'WHAT card services?' He hangs up abruptly.
