I received a text from 386-308-6186. Stating that there is a legal complaint against your name & against your SSN for/ this message is from Federal investigation Department to let you know/doing online electronic check fraud. Now, the case been under investigation/ Don't disregard this message & call the senior supervisor to resolve the issue. Thanks FID(Their words) I don't even know what online check fraud is? I don't have checks and haven't done anything like this!!

This number called my business repeatedly (as in about 100 times in an hour) asking for Sarah Jones. They claimed they were from the Financial Collections Department and needed her cell phone number. Despite numerous attempts to get more information from them, including the mailing address of their office, etc., the only information we could get was that the guy's name was Eric White (based on the accent...I'm going to guess this is fake). This has been reported to local law enforcement. Don't trust this number!

This guy says he is collection agency from the legal department and that I have a loan unpaid to Cash Advance America but I didn't get that until I paid the jerk almost 600.00 after I paid him that money he tells me that I owe 1900.00 dollars more and he will continue to call me at work hundreds of times a day. It just so happens that an other jerk sends me an email to my work and is trying to collect on the same loan. I call the company Cash advance America and they run a check of my ssn and guess what I never got a loan through them in ca. Let alone any other state I call the guy who says his Name is Nathan but caller ID says Fabi Justiani with a strong Indian accents but can say Bitch very clearly because that is what I was called when I told him to pound sand some place else. Every since he has called my work place at least 50 times a day and my Cell phone 3 to 4 times a day he told me that he would make sure I get what is coming to me then he said you BITCH . I have been with my company for almost 29 years I would like to retire not get fired I have told them to stop calling., my 2 managers have told them to stop calling. When I spoke to the people from Cash advance America they told me that they have received a rash of calls just like mine they do their own collecting they don't sourse it out to Florida to collect for them. Any advice.

Yes I did so many calls they are rude I've been called a Bitch because I called the company they say they are collecting for and that company said I never took out a loan now they are threatening me by calling my work 100's of Times a day I have reported this to the FCC, BBB, and the Attorney General's office in Florida they are aware of this scam any other things I can do before I lose my job of 30 years.

This is a scam by a bunch of scammers that I don't know how they are able to sleep at night. They have threaten me by calling my job 100's of Times a day they won't take no for n answer they have told thing's like you deserve what you get Bitch I have called the company they say they are collecting for and they ran my whole ssn# and found out that I did not take any payday loan through that company in ca. Or in any other state. I have been sent emails to my work say there is a warrant for my arrest I have reported this to the FCC, BBB, and contacted the Attorney General of Florida they are aware of the scam and how these people are posing as collection agency but aren't does anybody have a suggestion before the end of losing my job of 30 years.
