called my number, said nothing. Telephone number is as follows. 386-423-4744, Name is David Biddulph.
It is apparent that the FTC and the FCC needs to be shut down. a total waste of Tax payers money.
David keeps calling me but doesn't leave a message. Whitepages has this number listed as fraud or spam. And Call Control has had several complaints so why hasn't this number been disconnected and the caller prosecuted.
