Another call where they do not respond to my answering with a greeting. ... Scam!

A call centre and Providence Rhode Island ... scam!

Just a criminal. He's to rude and dumb to actually present his scam for some reason. Not sure how he makes money.

This number calls at least once a week. He always asks for my partner, by first name only. Since he's a service man and doesn't work in the office, I say that. The caller ALWAYS hangs up without saying anything. I don't even get time to ask for a message or let him know when he'll return.

My partner retired, so a couple of weeks ago, I told him he no longer works here. The guy (I think) said thanks and hung up. Was that the end? Noooooooooo

Called again last week, so I told him Ken retired and he just hung up. For heaven's sake, if the person they ask for is no longer here, why don't they quit? Or, at least ask for the new boss? I saw the number on my call display AGAIN yesterday when I returned from the bank.
