I just got a call from a West Warwick phone number ... asking for me by name. I asked, 'who's calling' and she said, 'this is Judy, from Medical Services Group'. So I said, 'how can I help you; this is Marie.'

She said she was calling about my report about aches and pains in my body (which is true enough w/a chronic auto-immune illness) and wanted to confirm some information. She asked me to confirm my name, address, and phone number. Hmmm ... I said, 'I'm sorry, but who is this again?' She said, 'once again, this is Judy from Medical Services Group'. I said, 'yeah, you said that - but you're not my doctor - so who ARE you?'

She then giggled and said, 'alright' AND I heard other muffled voices in the background. Then she hung up on me.

CALLING ABOUT INSURANCE QUOTE THAT I NEVER REQUESTED

They hardly every say any-thing other than some thing that's not true ... than I called about an insurance.
And they've called 39 times in the past 31/2 days!!

I answered but they didn't say anything
