This is a scammer. I returned the call from a prepaid cellular phone. I also asked for a website so that I amy donate online... oh they did not like that at all. This is how I check all the "unknown" phone numbers so that I can block them on my home phone and forward them to the FCC, my local police department, and FBI. No one should be harassed at home by people that they do not know.

The guy went into a speech about the organization and I kept saying excuse me, excuse me but he kept talking, so I hung up the phone. Legit organizes callers will stop talking when a person says excuse me. That is why I the call type is scam.
