They don't answer when you
answer the phone and it just hangs up. If you call it back its not a working number ?

Calls every night at around 8 PM. Goes straight to VM, never leaves a message.

We get a phone call almost everyday. Today it came at 6 pm. Timing is not fixed. I have call control so it goes directly to voicemail. Who ever calls never leaves a message.

I get a call every day in the evening from this number. I do not know this number so never bother to pick up!! Have reported this number but no one is stopping them from calling yet.
