Call trying to sell cars

There has got to be a way to get these ca)ls stopped. I receive 8-11 calls daily starting 7 and goes to 9 at night. I'm gonna start calling them at 10 pm and do it all night long so I can be just as annoying as they are.

I have a air horn I will use it every time they call.

This number continuously calls and when I answered to tell them to stop calling my number they hang up. So I decided to call the number back and they say it will take them 15seconds to answer but I was waiting for 4min before I hung up. But they will get an ear full if and when they call my number again.

No matter how many times they were asked to stop calling and to take my number off their list, they continue to call and be
disrespectful.
