The voice recording said to stay tuned for information on lowering my interest rates on my credit card. (I don't even own a credit card) I finally talked to an opporator and the man hung up on me. I call back but no answer? Sketchy company.

Auto message to lower rates on credit cards, pressed one to connect - asked for the name of the company the man(?) hung up. Retailed the ID number and Cox service indicated the number was not in service
