Some one from this number called me at 11:45 PM woke me from a sound sleep. When I picked up the phone they hung up.
I called the number back and it said that the office is currently closed please call later.

Got a call from 4016483211. They just hung up. I called them back and they said they're from some 'smart shopper' web site and I am entitled to a $100 Target gift card voucher. They wanted me to pay $6 shipping fee. I said no thanks.
