Any identified number is not a good thing if you don't know who is calling you from these strange numbers. A guy with a foreign accent called and I hung up which is the best thing to do in these types of cases.

This is just one of many numbers this group uses to dial out on an auto dialer to mask their true ID. Some type of farmed out telemarketing group that has zero quality control as the representatives all use profanity and are repeatedly abusive. Don't talk to these people they are wasting your time.
