Credit services
Reducing credit card debt. Indicated several notices had been mailed to my home (not true), and this was the last attempt to reach me.
Suggested that I press one to speak with a representative, and the call was disconnected.

I was told the company, Credit Card Services could lower the interest rates on all of my credit cards. Whey I began to ask questions concerning what cards, the woman hung up the phone on me.
