Number wanted to give me a lower interest rate on my credit card. Problem is I don't nor have I ever had a credit card. Busted!!! Just another scammer trying to get my information.

I never answer a call from an unknown caller. If the call is important, people will leave a message. They never do.

Says they're from "Card Holder Services" and they want to lower my interest rate. I have blocked several other numbers from this same recording.
