I get this call everyday they never say my name, what county... etc and every time its there final attempt to call on whatever matter or purpose they have. And good luck to you. I will never answer a call I don't recognize

Absolutely a scam. It's attempted fraud. Just ignore it. I'm in the process of filing a complaint with the appropriate authorities.

Received a frightening phone call from this number about a pending case and was asked to press 1 to "speak to an investigator." I did, and it automatically hung up. Not sure if this means I'll receive another phone call from said investigator.
I checked this site to see if this was a fraudulent call, and it is indicated that is it. Is there any way to stop these?

Well now it is spam. Called from several numbers which I blocked and now using this one. states "Last attempt to reach you or your attorney of record about a case to be filed in the county today. You may reach us at...(add one to number they called from"...good luck" They don't say what case, what county, etc. They recently switched from Indian accented scammers to at least American accented ones, but still amateurish attempt to get a credit card number or bank account number.
