They call me all hours of the day and around 10 o’clock at night. I am also getting letters from a ER visit from 2014.

All of a sudden getting letters a calls from this place for a bill from 2014. They can't give me details, they are unprofessional, when I question it they hang up on me. They say I owe over $180.00 after insurance for a doctors visit, there is no way. Then when I google the name of the clinic, it does not exist. They don't tell you it is being recorded or that anything you say will be used to collect the debit. Total scam. I had no medical procedures or have been to a doctor in that area of town ever.

Stated it was over a ER visit and to keep it off of my credit report they have offered me a lower amount. I asked if I could call them back and he said yes. I asked the number and he very unprofessionally stated "its on your caller ID" stated he was from Phoenix Financial Services.

Called and said they were a collection agency ("Phoenix") and immediately asked me to verify my address. Told the unprofessional sounding women I would not give any of my information out to her. She argued with me for a few minutes and told me I had an unpaid emergency room visit through Blue Cross Blue Shield. I told her I didn't have BCBS and that I haven't been to the ER in 10 years. She continued on and about 5 minutes into the conversation I told her: If this was a real collection/debt call she was required by law to inform me prior to any other information given out and that she was required to state the call is being recorded and she replied back (5 minutes into the phone call) "well, yeah, it is being recorded and this is debt collection call", I called her out one last time for being a scammer and hung up. lawl. . . .

Never leaves a message, but when I DO answer, the caller hangs up.
