Same calls different numbers. My issue is I THAUGHT SOMEONE GOT MY SOCIAL AND OPENED AN ACCOUNT IN MY NAME AND TOOK OUT A LOAN. They had some pretty good info. Since then Its been reported to local Law, NC attorney Generals office, federal trade commission , among others. I want these people ARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRESTED!

This number called me every day for a week and would never leave a message. Finally I answered it and it was a recording "This is Michael Warfield with pre-trial intervention, you have a case against you, press 1 for your case number." So I pressed 1. Got transferred and they hung up.

Day 2 - they called me again, I called them back...got transferred and an "Angela Davis" tried to get me to verify personal information, trying to get me to confirm my ss#, email and birthday. I of course did NOT confirm - and they had the wrong information anyway. Then she told me that I had an outstanding payday loan and I'm being sued. I told her she was wrong and she said they were going to send a warrant out for my arrest to either my home or my place of work. Yet, she didn't ask my address or anything. She told me to fight it out in front of a Judge. Knowing they are scam artists, I said OK, I'd love to, and she hung up on me.

Day 3 - they called me again and I answered - Told them they had the wrong number and they said they'd remove me from their system.

Day 3 - 2nd call - I answered and "Morgan Banks" transferred me and "Angela Davis" answered again and hung up on me.

Day 3 - I called them back and "Morgan Banks" said I was listed as "Failure to Cooperate" and that there was no need to call them back.

Ok Listen..... These people are SCAM ARTISTS!!! Do Not give them ANY information. Do not Verify or confirm your information even if what they have is partial. If they had a legitimate case against me - or anyone, they would have to send it over in writing and it would be notarized.

I ignored calls from the guys from this number and # 678-608-2431, saying they need to hear from my attorney asap or this is last time I will get a call, going to file in some court some where about me????and now they are calling from a new caller, loud and gruffly caller by the name Michael Warfield saying he is calling from pretrial intervention # 678-809-2823......SCAM...block these #.

They told me the same thing about an investigation and how it is my final notice, that i need an attorney. i called them back, a lady answered but the lack of knowledge to anything related to me gave them away, i right away knew it was a scam. don't believe these people. something this serious would leave a msg stating who exactly they are looking for and what for, provide you with correct dates and information not just some things that are left to interpretation.

Saying the same thing that it is my last chance to contact them or my case will be sent the district attorney.Actually spoke with a girl, when answered the phone called herself investigator Galloway ,threatened to contact my job, put felonies me come arrest me at my job. agreed to the payment and gave them my account information. After getting off the phone and doing some research realized it was a scam i then called back the girl that i just spoke to acts as if she didnt just speak with me gave her my name and phone number she then put me on hold never to return back to the phone and sent me a voicemail!!! DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY INFORMATION THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!
