They are calling from Black Hills Energy claiming to have great deals for their best customers, ONLY if you own your own home. They first said they wanted to verify they were talking to the account holder, and since I said I'm not giving any info like that over the phone, he then said he wanted to verify my name so I told him to verify it through their system since I'm a customer. He then asked if I was the home owner. I told him I rent. He said they would update their files. I called the number back a little while later and the recording said it was black hills energy with special offers to protect homeowners. Nope. Number blocked.
