Automated voice stating something along the lines of "You have a pending case in your county. Please press 1 (or stay on the line) to speak to an investigator". Our secretarial staff is told to report but not continue with calls like these so format of the call beyond this point is unknown. Thus far, our fraud protection department has no information for this caller.

Scammer! Name of Record... final notice... filing today in your county... need you or your retained attorney to call today... Are they that bold to think we are so dumb that we fall their crap and send them money on a green dot card or moneygram?
