I have been getting these calls everyday on my house phone and says the same thing that if they don't hear from me by end of business day they will file charges in my local court. Lately they have been calling my cell phone also and now the call is coming into my house phone and cell phone at the same time. Same message everyday.

It is a scam, The lady couldn't even tell me the state I lived in. She said oh it says DE....I asked well if you knew your states then you should know what DE is? Duh. I made her mad and I kept laughing in her face. She couldn't tell me the original so called creditor, she just kept saying National Payday loan brought out a lot of companies. I asked her to read me off the list of the payday loans. Once she was finished she said have you heard of any of them.....I said well yes on the radio, tv, advertisements, billboards, etc... She just hung up. Don't believe everything people say to you on the phone. You CANNOT get arrested for a payday loan!!!!! Just laugh and keep it moving....life is too short.

Can we collectively figure out a way to have them stopped!!!!!! Maybe get compensated for the anguish caused by their harassment!!!! We probably can't but it doesn't hurt to try!!!!

They had called me today and said I had check fraud.so I called Wells Fargo and told me it's a scam and to come into to the office and look into it. Told me if I didn't contact them today that I was going to be arrested.

Same thing just happened to me.. Claimed they'd file charges if I didn't pay back my debts. I don't have any loans that aren't taken care of. I called back and it said the caller I was trying to reach has a full mailbox.

Why is this not being stopped? Received it today and had me in tears. Company said it was called Office of Financial Affairs out of Nebraska. The 2 numbers used are 402-817-7910 and 614-407-0976. The woman's name is Morgan Banks and the guys name is Thomas Gibson. They are saying I will have two felony charges and have a warrant out for my arrest. I contacted my attorney and gave him the information and also contacted a fraud attorney. Both attorney's said DO NOT give them any money. Even if it was legit (which it wasn't) you cannot be arrested.

This is a SCAM company. Said something about a loan and now I have felony criminal charges against me because I didn't pay back a loan, which I never took out, they never gave me any other info except it was going to court there would be a a warrant for my arrest. My attorney told me to call them back advise them you know of the scam and that they will be reported to the attorney general office. They have not called me back and I have reported these numbers to attorney generals office

Black woman called and threatened to have me arrested for default on a loan I never made. I get calls from this area code all the time and they are always the same and the callers are always black. Sounds like an Obama/Sharpton/NAACP scam to terrorize white people.
