They call and threaten you with felony charges for supposed fraud over ANY online loan you have ever had. I have several voice messages saved from these people. It's pretty much always the same message, just different people calling. I know it's a scam because I've had this problem before and the first calls they do insist you have x amount of days to make contact or else. Well, it's been almost a month and NOTHING but
harassing call upon call! They always end their message with "conduct yourself accordingly and good luck", lol NO legitimate investigator talks like that! Lol I wish they'd stop this sh** because it's highly annoying and has gone on for years now!!

They have called me a few times. I never answer. After reading the previous post, I called the number. Someone answered, "Investigator" I hung up. Definitely a scam.

received the same calls as others saying they were going to be charging me with a felony for 2 counts of fraud and taking out a loan online with my old address and an old online acct with MetaBank I closed several years ago. When I tried to get their address she would only tell me it was in Cincinnati Ohio but the number she was calling from was in Nebraska and she refused to give me the street address and said she couldn't divulge that information. When I asked what proof they had that I had taken out a loan online she could only say that all the evidence led to me since they had my old address and phone number and the name of my bank. When I explained I had never had a criminal record before and I was a disabled veteran, single unemployed mom of 4 children living off my child support and public assistance then she was dumb founded and said good luck with my criminal charges and I should try to get a job and start contributing to society. When I asked her if she ever served in the military and served her country and that was enough of a contribution to society then she hung up on me.
