They have called me numerous times over the past few months regarding some kind of payday loan. They made multiple threats of legal action against me. I told them not to call again or I would contact the Attorney General. They still keep calling me. This violates the FDCPA. Very illegal DO NOT trust them!

They call me every day saying to call regarding a case in my county and good luck.

This number is calling me at work about a payday loan (I have never taken out a payday loan) and a warrant for my arrest. They call twice a day. Whenever I ask for any information or documentation about the offense in question, they simply hang up. This is a scam.

I have been contacted by this company they say they represent National Payday - when i called them back they threaten that they will have me arrested. I told them that they are out of there mind because I do not deal with National Payday and never had. I then tried to call them 4 times and 4 times they hung up the phone on me as if this was some type of call center handling scams. I tried to call National Payday to see if they are in association with these guys "Direct Lending" but National Payday does not take inquiries by phone. This is a SCAM DO NOT RELEASE ANY INFORMATION TO THEM JUST TELL THEM YOU WILL HAVE YOUR ATTORNEY CONTACT THEM AND THEY WILL REMOVE YOU FROM THE CALL LIST.
