This is PayPal's Fraud Department, this is not a scam to take money away. I had to add this number to my white list so I could receive the call to verify that the charge I made yesterday was actually made by me. Again, NOT A SCAM!

Repair of problems in my software, reported to him by Microsoft. Asked if he was from Microsoft, he responded "I have a contract with Microsoft."

He asked me to open Internet Explorer. I told him I used Comcast.net and GOOGLE Chrome. He said, "that's alright. Go to the search box and type in "AMMYY." He then asked me to click on "Accept."

That gave him access to my computer. He erased some things. He did not "fix" anything. He did
not explain "terms of service" which I would not have signed.

He told me to leave the computer for about 45 minutes. "When you get back, your computer will be fixed."

When I got back, the phone connection was broken. Nothing had been done. I was out $ 395.00.
