Calls 6 to 7 times a day and there is a recording when you pick up. Keeps calling after I called and told them to stop.

These people call and threaten you with lawsuits and such. They mostly have Indian accents and are very rude. They talk so fast that you can't even understand what they're saying. I've had problems with this type of calls before, but I thought they had been stopped. They call from several other numbers as well.
