Tiffany from Credit Card Services battle dials my phone. Offering to lower my debt. The pre recorded message states it is my final offer. To speak to a representative, press 1. Which I often do , only to get a live operator that refuses to remove my number and states they will call and harass me. When I select to press 2 or 3 when it is offered to opt out and be removed from their lists, my call is dropped. I filed a complaint with the FCC within a few weeks ago. It should list all the times they have contacted me.

If you talk to an operator and ask what company they represent, its 'Card Holder Services for your credit card' and are vague about what they actually do. They do not represent any credit card company.
