Card member services. Constantly call. Have pressed "#1" to be removed from call list but they continue to call from various different numbers. When I ask for name and number being called from, they hang up. They will not stop calling. I've sent emails to several congressmen and senators.

They claimed to lower my interest rates on my credit cards. They refused to tell me their business name & just hung up on me when I asked to be removed from their call list.
