This company repeatedly robo calls me even though I have asked them in 12 separate phone calls to stop calling me. My cell phone number has been on the Do Not Call registry since 10/08/2010. The robo calls say "This is Anne (or similar) from Account Services (or Card Holder Services) for an urgent issue with your credit card..." and made it sound as if I had deliquient debt. The recording goes on "...to lower your credit card rate press 1 to talk to a service representative." I press 1 each time and politely ask the live operatior to stop all calls to me, but they immediately hang up on me. I call back the number, but no answer ever. Within a few days, the number is disconnected.

they can lower my credit card, etc. and when you call back it is a non-working number. I also pressed 3 to be taken off their list - however - they call all the time from different numbers and pressing 3 DOES NOT WORK and apparently the Do Not Call list does not work either. I want to SUE

This is the same call I have been getting fromover 50 numbers now since June. It's a woman calling on a recording offering to lower the interest rates on my credit cards.
