When I called them back they have "we accept local calls only, and give you an option to press 1 to be put on the do not call list."
They are saying the word promotions

Receive calls from 1-402-982-0649 every day; no messages are left, but they keep calling.

SCAM. They never leave a message, but if you answer, you get a recording from "Donna from Survey RC" saying that she's connecting you to an operator... which turns out to be another recording saying that if you participate in a survey, you'll receive two complimentary cruise passes. The passes are free, but then they want you to pay $300 to have them sent to you. SCAM.
