It is a Safe number . Rogers voicemail service . It is telling you there's a voicemail .If you dial 1 to retrieve your messages this number will show up in your call logs , not the number 1.
Any messages from collections or scammers are not originated from this number but rather left as a voicemail and this is the access number .
I'm in South Cariboo BC ..Down on the coast it's a different number for Rogers voicemail but they are legit and safe . If you block it then you could possibly be blocking access to your voicemail or the notification you have mail .

Comes up as Gladys Creech from Alberta. Trickery. Its a collection agency. High note: statute of limitations. If you have zero contact, make no arrangements or make NO payments, after 24 months you can't be sued. Cheers
