Calls our office repeatedly requesting bill status (about 5-7 times over the last month) - whenever we ask for the caller's name he immediately hangs up. When attempting to call back the number it rings indefinitely with no response or ability to leave a message of any sort.

Someone called from this number early Saturday morning and they were whispering so I did not hear one word they said. I am not sure why a collection agency would be calling me from Northside Hospital. Tried calling the number back and it's either busy or no one answers.

Says they are calling from Northside Hospital, but is actually a collections agency. Continues to call after they have received certified mail showing that the account has been paid.
