Called my home and had my name. Told me they had my computer number. I knew it was a scam but how did they get my name and phone number?

They call in the middle of the night many times over
Called 3 am.. wtf
Showed up on caller ID as " UNKNOWN " , said I had 7000 dollar grant and asked how I would spend it and how I wanted it delivered , cash or check , Asian voice woman , told me to call her financial manager at 646.751.7662. I will not call this number , nothing is free , I'm not that dumb ....gave me confirmation number of AN1021

caller said I was receiving a gov grant of $7900.oo and I had to call 646-751-7662 its a new York no. that I did not call
