Just received a call from this number stating the same thing: promotion is ending and want to extend my offer,

Yes, I received a call today. Some man stating that he was calling from Comcast to offer me another promotion indicating that the one I was on was about to end. He knew my information and he texted me a link which I had received messages from that text number before when I had problems with service and called the Comcast number.
