I am harassed daily by their garbage calls. It's pathetic there are people who choose to spend the time of their one life on planet earth in such an evil, scummy manner.

Hung up when answering system intercepted call. Company claims to reduce credit card interest rates

Caller: Consumer svcs

(404) 381‑1115 Robo call recorded 20 March 2015 ("Reduce your rate...consider this your final notice...before the next billing cycle...financial stimulus..." Credit Card SCAM)
Caller ID: "Consumer Svcs"

Also called recently from: (208) 293‑8933 (305) 368-8492 (570) 983-3206 (570) 983-3796 (406) 477-3151 (518) 278-0335 (518) 278-0333

Ha, ha, ha, lower my rate to as little as 1% and "...consider this your second and final notice..." before the end of the next billing cycle as it applies to the financial stimulus.

Yeah, I wish.

The recording of this "lower your rate" call is exactly the same past calls but from a new number to avoid past call blocking. The recorded message is their usual patter (see below) followed by a 7 second pause. I really look forward to when they say "good bye" and disconnect when I failed to press any buttons.

Their total disregard of the Do Not Call list certainly tells us a lot about their business ethics, doesn't it?

Here is a transcript of their latest offering:

[female voice] "This is a very important message about your current credit card accounts. This is your second and final notice to lower your credit card interest rate and payments. Press 1 now to find out the terms conditions and associated changes before the next billing cycle. Again, this is your final notice as it relates to the financial stimulus. So press 1 now to take advantage of this today."

[7 second pause] [female voice] "Good bye".

Thanks to Google Voice ( www.google.com/voice ) you can hear this recording on my Spam Calls web page:

Ignored call since I didn't recognize it. They left voice mail that I didn't have long to reply and they could 'help' me with my credit card. I don't need their kind of help!

I called the federal trad commission today. The calls from this # 404 381 1115 are originated from overseas. There is NOTHING they can do about it
There is no number to call to make them stop. There is NO Gov't agency that can help you and there is no help from the State consumer protection agency.
You have 2 choices.Changer your telephone number or get a cal blocking device. SORRY FOR THE BAD NEWS. I know it sucks, as these azzholes call every day, but there is nothing u can do about it

This is "Card Holder Services" on the ID. The operator called it "Bank Card Services", offering lower interest rates on your credit card. I ALWAYS answer and "press 1" when prompted by Bridgette, the robot voice. Then I waste as much of their time as possible, giving (slooooowly...) fake CC#, name, exp. date, last 4 of SSN - whatever they ask for. Each time I try to best my last TBH (Time-Before-Hangup) - my record currently is 12 minutes. I try to mention the National Do-Not-Call Registry before they give up, but wasting their time is priority - they already know that they are violating the DNCR by calling me. They seem to be catching on and giving up earlier, so ultimately, they will start hanging up on actual suckers - at that point their law-breaking business model will become unworkable and maybe they will just fade away...GREAT FUN - can you beat 12 minutes?

After getting these repetitive calls in the past, they stop, then start up again with the same message but different phone number, so frustrating. I got so fed up with the last group of calls that I searched for a way to stop them. I found a blog comment that said to call 866-246-7196 and give the caller's and receiving phone numbers. They will verify if the caller is on their list and add the receiving phone number to the do not call request list. Absent of no other option, I called and was so relieved, in a day and a half (their processing time), the calls finally stopped! Pass this on, so we can stop this caller!

Folks, I owe you an apology. With my post of February 23rd I'm really trying to trick you. If you're naïve enough to actually call the 866 number I gave in my post (February 23rd), you're not submitting a "Do Not Call" request, you're creating an "add me to your spam calls list". YOU'RE actually aiding the SPAMMER which creates an instant "business relationship" allowing the spammers to call you! I sincerely apologize for insulting your intelligence and trying to trick you into receiving more spam calls. I am putting this same message on other "Who Called Me" type web sites under different names. God, please forgive my wicked soul!

blocking the number does not work they call from a different one each time. Calling back and opting out (three times) does not work. Talking to a person (twice) and telling them we have no credit cards also fails to work. I want to file a harassment law suit against them. I have reported them three times to DNCR and that doesn't help either
