possible identity theft scam

Computer generated phone calls from robot named Chris Harris. I answered yes to pay day loans to get tranfered. There is a human there but he hangs up if you get angry. I did stay on long enough to ask to be removed from the calling list. This Chris Harris recording has been calling me for a year now.
