404-400-1656 = caller id = 14044001656 = call center with an Atlanta area code = this time = Health Insurance scam robo call = pre-recorder message = illegal in Georgia to have a computer doing the calling and illegal to have a recording doing the messaging....this is a scam as I have been on medicare for many years now and this is only for Obamacare...they are claiming I can get the government to pay 100%,,,as the government doesn't care I am blocking and so should you....

like to know if this not real information about the insurance.
Called my cell phone. Did not leave a message. When I called it from my landline (blocking my caller ID) it rang for over 20 rings without any answer. Added the number to my call block list. Another website says it's a medicaid scam.
