Called threatening me saying this online company was during me for a debt of 499.99. I asked when this so-called debt was made and all they told me was that it was from a long time ago. They r calling my business line and I told them they ever call me again I will report them to authorities. They have my social and that's what concerns me.

Scam, and they will not tell you any information other than to pay them. Very broken English and they sound unprofessional. AKA - scam

I called the local police department and also the number that was listed and reported message, and filed a complaint.

This is a felony charge (scamming people under false information) from the company calling you.

Same type of company as the first time stating that unless I pay them money I was going to be arrested for some unknown outstanding debt.
